Baked Worcester chicken breast, cauliflower and broccoli

Chicken breasts with a beautiful Worcester sauce crust, cauliflower and broccoli. Ideal Sunday lunch.

Wash and dry one large chicken breast. In a small cup mix Worcester sauce, soya sauce, ketchup, honey, chilly, dried paprika, black pepper, dry basilica and salt. Mix must be thick so it will stay on meat. Place chicken breast in a small dish and cover it with sauce. Place it in a preheated oven (180ºC) and bake it for 50-60 minutes. Use a small spoon and cover meat with sauce that oozed off.

Place cauliflower head down in cold water. It there is anything alive inside, it will swim out. Break cauliflower head to small florets and place them in boiling water. Cook until florets are soft. When dried add salt. Broccoli is prepared the same way.
In a small pan melt nice big piece of butter. When butter stops foaming add breadcrumbs and stir. Be careful not to burn breadcrumbs.
Arrange cauliflowers and broccoli in a dish so that cauliflower florets are in the middle. With a spoon cover florets with breadcrumbs.

You need:
1 big chicken breast
2 spoons Worcester sauce
3 spoons soya sauce
ketchup
honey
1 cauliflower head
1 broccoli head
100g butter
4 spoons breadcrumbs
